1. Introduction

1.1. Do Cho (as defined in Section 1.2 below) is a marketplace that allows users to offer, sell, and buy products through the website www.do-cho.site ("Site"). The registrant of the domain is Do Cho Market. As a marketplace, Do Cho does not own the items listed on this site and acts as a commercial agent of Sellers (as defined in Section 2.4 below). By agreeing to these Terms of Service, Sellers authorize Do Cho to conclude contracts for sale with Buyers on their behalf.

1.2. These Terms of Service ("Agreement" or "Terms"), along with the Privacy Policy and all policies posted on the Site, govern your access to and use of the Site, services, applications, and tools (collectively, "Services"). This Agreement is between you (the "User") and Do Cho Market, UAB, a company registered in the Republic of Lithuania (legal entity code: 304881891), contact email: docho.services@gmail.com, with its registered office at Juozo Balčikonio street 9, Vilnius, Lithuania.

1.3. This Agreement includes provisions on dispute resolution (see Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability; Legal Disputes).

5.2. Refunds:

  • Full refunds if items are undelivered or misdescribed.
  • Chargebacks for completed orders result in permanent bans.

5.3. Taxes: Users are responsible for all applicable taxes.

6. Fees & Payments

6.1. Seller Fees: Listed here (subject to change with 14 days' notice).

6.2. Payment Methods: Users must maintain valid payment details.

6.3. Verification: Do Cho may require ID for high-risk transactions.

7. Disputes & Legal

7.1. Dispute Resolution:

  • Complaints must be submitted to Do Cho before third-party arbitration.
  • Fines up to €100 may apply for violations.

7.3. Arbitration: Disputes resolved via Vilnius Commercial Arbitrage (English language).

8. Limitation of Liability

Not Eligible for Refund If:

  • ❌ You played/altered the account (e.g., leveled up, bought items).
  • ❌ The account was banned due to your actions (e.g., cheating, toxicity).
  • ❌ Evidence is shared outside Do Cho (e.g., social media, forums).

Boosting & Services

Eligible for Refund If:

  • ✅ Service was not completed as promised.
  • ✅ Booster used cheats/exploits.

Not Eligible for Refund If:

  • ❌ You cancel mid-service without cause.
  • ❌ The booster followed guidelines but you were unsatisfied.

Currency & Items

Eligible for Refund If:

  • ✅ Items/currency were not delivered.
  • ✅ Items differ from the listing (e.g., wrong quantity/type).

Not Eligible for Refund If:

  • ❌ You used the items/currency before disputing.

Chargeback Policy
